About Meditation on Spiritu Collective
Spiritu Collective lists mindfulness classes, vipassana-style sits, guided meditations, and longer silent retreats hosted by trained facilitators. Sessions vary widely in length and intensity, from a 45-minute weeknight sit to a weekend of noble silence, and each listing spells out the format so there are no surprises.
If you're just beginning, look for sessions described as guided or beginner-friendly and start with something short. Experienced practitioners can filter for deeper immersions and teacher-led retreats.
